1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the AZ Chile Platform ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

The AZ Chile Platform provides institutional investment tools and services, including but not limited to:

• Document management and sharing capabilities
• Investment analysis and reporting tools
• Client relationship management features
• Secure file storage and processing
• Communication and collaboration tools

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Share your account credentials with others

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Azimut Chile and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azimut Chile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Azimut Chile from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chile, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Santiago, Chile, in accordance with Chilean law.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Azimut Chile regarding your use of the Platform.
